Employee Satisfaction is an employee’s perception of work and emotional response to a level need satisfaction. one the most important indicators increase productivity company performance. The problem was found at QMB, located in Jakarta. purpose this study see effect Burnout Decision Authority on QMB. This research method descriptive quantitative research.
